4th Annual Summer Fitness Challenge
The Challenge will determine everyone’s strengths by maxing out in different categories. This fun, free, friendly competition is open to the community. Ages 13-17 may participate with a parent present. Register at the Fitness Center.
Categories will include:
Maximum Repetitions in 1 Minute: Burpee • Sit Ups • High Knees • Lunges • Step Ups • Bicep Curl • Push Ups •Squat
Wall Sit Hold • Plank Hold • 1 Mile Run
