Community Health Development Inc.’s 2018 Fall Fitness Challenge

As part of CHDI’s 35th Anniversary celebration, CHDI Fitness Staff created this Challenge to see how far members of the community have come in their physical conditioning over the year. The Challenge will determine everyone’s strengths by maxing out in different categories. This fun, free, friendly competition is open to the community. Ages 13-17 may participate with a parent present.
Interested members of the community will sign up for the exercise category they want to perform. Each category will be judged by CHDI staff members. The judges will keep count and/or time of each exercise the members are performing. Before starting each challenge, the judges will show all of the members the correct form for each exercise. The member with the most repetitions in one minute or longest time will be the winner for each category in which they participated. All judges’ counts and decisions are final.

Burpee • Sit Ups • High Knees • Lunges • Step Ups • Bicep Curl • Push Ups •Squat • Wall Sit Hold • Plank Holds • 1 Mile Run • 15 Minute High Intensity Class • 30 Minute Dance Class
